The failure of an Ad strategy

Inour local TV’s recently we see a TV spot regaridng fuel for cars for the brand named PO(Petrol Ofisi).. In the Ad we see a kid and the character POMAN having a chat looking at the flying F-16s in the sky. On the road we see Opels driving. You have impression that your car would go like a jet with the new product called "EuropoDizel". At this point my friend who has no advertising background but works in avition critisized this ad and explained… The jet fuel –kerosen- is known as the second worst quality fuel in the world as it is not purefied. This TV spot was made fun of by the aviation industry employees. Interesting…How come miss such an important detail?...
